CUSTOM ORDERS: Please ensure that the correct name, image, or requested written words are spelled correctly. We will verify the final image prior to printing. Once image has been approved no changes can be made. Due to customization and for hygienic reasons tumblers can not be returned or exchanged.
Turn around time - 3-5 business days starting after the image is approved. Shipping transit time is not held against the preparation time as we can not control the shipping couriers.
